VENDOR REGISTRATION

I/We, representing the undersigned company wish to participate as an Exhibitor/ Vendor in the 2024 Idaho City Days Event for the Idaho City Chamber of Commerce, Oct 5th-6th 2024

_______  $60 Vendors with proof of current Idaho City Yearly City Vendor Permit - 10’ X 10’ space PURCHASE HERE

_______  $50 Late registration fee. If registration form is not received or proof of current yearly Idaho City permit is not provided before August 15, 2024. PURCHASE HERE

(Includes City vendor permit fees; Event Permits will be provided on day of event to be displayed in booth)

The event shall be held on Saturday and Sunday October 5th and 6th. Saturday check in at 8:00 AM. Be ready for sales no later than 11:00 AM and ending at 6:00 PM. You are encouraged to stay open as late as you wish on Saturday night. Sunday beginning at 11:00 AM and ending at 4:00 PM. All Vendors are required to participate both days of the event. NO Exceptions.

Booths in the vendor fair portion of the event shall be assigned at the discretion of the Chamber with an eye towards not placing any obvious competitors in close proximity one to another. Booth size shall be a 10’X10’, or a 20’ X 10’ space. You are responsible for all your needed supplies. You are welcome to have more than one 10’x10’ space size by making sure to list quantity of spaces above and add combined totals in your total payment below. Every effort to accommodate other reasonable requests will be made. Booths must be self-contained or use a separate low-profile, low sound generator for ALL their power needs. Electricity is NOT available. Security WILL be provided Saturday night.

Vendor registrations must be received by August 15, 2024 to avoid the late fee. All other registrations close by September 15, 2024. CANCELLATION must be written notification received by September 15, 2024 to qualify for a 75% refund. After that date, no refunds will be granted for ANY reason. The late registration fee is non-refundable.

FOOD VENDOR REGISTRATION

I/We, representing the undersigned company wish to participate as a food Concession in the 2024 Idaho City Days Event for the Idaho City Chamber of Commerce, October 5th and 6th 2024.

_______$125 Food Concession booth space. PURCHASE HERE

_______$60 Not for Profit or ID City Chamber Member Food Concession space. PURCHASE HERE

_______$30 Concessions with proof of current ID City Yearly City Vendor Permit.  PURCHASES HERE

Please provide a picture of your set-up to show window sales access points, pull capacity, etc to provide correct space accessibility. Applications will be reviewed based on quality, variety, originality, and price point of menu, being mindful of menu duplications.

 

Food Concessions are required to be in compliance with the Central District Health Department. Booths must be self-contained or use a separate low-profile, low sound generator for ALL their power needs. Electricity is NOT available. Security WILL be provided Saturday night.
